Arrival and Departure Time

Guests can check into the camp at 12:00 AM and check out at 10:00 AM. The option of an early check-in or a late check-out depends on availability and may incur additional charges.

Check-In Procedure

When checking in, guests must present either a hard copy or a digital version of the Camp Voucher, which details all the camp’s services. The reception manager will provide an detailed rundown of all planned activities and services. Any alterations in the schedule or skipped activities are solely the guest’s accountability.

Children and Additional Adult Guidelines

Up to two children below the age of 06 can stay with their parents without any additional charges. A charge of 35% of the total couple’s package is levied for children between 06 and 12 years old. Any additional person above the age of 12 is considered an adult.

Pet Guidelines

Pets are not permitted on the campsite.

Reservation Rules

To confirm all reservations, an advance payment is required. If we do not receive this payment, the reservation will be revoked. Any remaining payment must be made by the guest upon checking in at the camp.

Cancellation Guidelines

In the event of No Show or cancellation within 07 days of Arrival Date, we offer no refund. For other circumstances, deductions apply as follows:

50% of the total package cost for cancellation 07 to 20 days prior to arrival
25% of the total package cost for cancellation 20 to 30 days prior to arrival
No deductions for cancellations made more than 30 days prior
Behaviour Expectations

The camp retains the right to assess and judge the behavior and noise levels of the guests. If deemed necessary, the camp may terminate the booking without offering any compensation or refund.

Feedback and Grievances

Any feedback or complaints related to the stay, food, activities, etc. should be addressed to the camp manager as soon as possible to enable immediate resolution.

Liability

Camp Majestic will not be held responsible for any costs, losses, expenses or damages (including but not limited to direct or indirect, special, economic or financial), any claims, or personal injury and death.

We reserve the right to charge guests for any damage caused by their wilful, negligent or reckless behavior to the camp’s property or structures.

Dispute

In accordance with the Indian Penal Code, these terms are to be interpreted under the jurisdiction of the English courts to which the client submits in case of any arising disputes.
